Magnet
The "Mastermag" Plate Magnet as shown is one of
the most versatile and low cost solutions to magnetic protection or
purification problems.Having the benefit of a permanent strontium
ferrite magnet system and a polished stainless steel face makes it
a favourite for most low volume applications.Built in a range of sizes
it can be fitted in the base ofchutes, or above the burden in chutes
or on conveyors, etc.The plate magnet and the grid can both be supplied
in 'rare earth' magnetic material. |

Trunking
The photograph shows a typical example of how the "Mastermag"
Plate Magnet can be built into client's trunking, alternatively the
complete trunking can be supplied by Master Magnets.The trunking design
ensures that the product is subjected to two magnetic cleaning actions,
as it passes over the two plate magnets, having been agitated between
magnets by having to change direction. The plate magnets are hinged
for easy cleaning. |

Grid
One of the prime functions of these extremely low
cost grids are to protect valuable processing machinery, such as
plastic injection moulding machines, from damage when using reclaimed
plastic granules.They are produced in many sizes and are quite often
used in the throat of hoppers.Larger, extra heavy duty sizes are
produced that allow tipper lorries to discharge grain or similar
granular materials through them into storage silos or pits.
