The "Mastermag"
Bullet Separator is used primarily for extracting iron particles
etc. from flour, grain, plastic granules and similar products
being conveyed in ducted systems. Although not offered as
a standard, electro magnetic bullet separators are also available,
with automatic discharge flaps if required.

The photograph
shows a typical example of how the "Mastermag" Plate Magnet
can be built into client's trunking, alternatively the complete
trunking can be supplied by Master Magnets.The trunking design
ensures that the product is subjected to two magnetic cleaning
actions, as it passes over the two plate magnets, having been
agitated between magnets by having to change direction. The
plate magnets are hinged for easy cleaning.
